Independent financial auditing for companies that need clear findings, carefully tested balances, and a report boards can stand behind.

Flagship engagement

Statutory financial audit

Our core engagement for companies preparing annual financial statements under Taiwan GAAP or IFRS as adopted locally. We plan materiality with your finance lead, test revenue recognition and inventory existence, and issue an independent auditor’s report with management letter points you can act on.

Typical fieldwork runs two to six weeks depending on entity size, branch count, and whether prior-year files are available. We work on-site in Taipei when sampling needs the warehouse floor, and remotely when the books are already digitised.

From a recent client

“They caught a cut-off error on three export invoices that would have overstated December revenue. The management letter was blunt, which we needed.”

— Mei-Ling Hsu, finance manager, electronics trading company, New Taipei
